Baoji

I have been a fan of good baos forever. In pune I have a favorite Asian restaurant which serves amazing fish and chicken baos. So when I was in Kolkata this time I wanted to try out some baos. Baojis name would always pop up in my suggestions and hence I ordered the crispy fish bao and signature chicken roasted chili bao. 3 baos are served in one serving. I loved the chicken baos better than the fish bao, mainly because due to the delivery distance the crispiness of the fish was gone. But the chicken one was succulent and nicely flavored, spicy and amazing. The fish bao was not great but not bad as the sauces made it good. One gripe however is that both sauces kind of tasted similar and the amount of chicken and fish in the baos could be increased by a bit. But given the cost, this also is a good deal. Overall it's filling and delicious.

Chilly Chicken Bao were good but the chicken cheese momos were really bland, the chutney with it was good even though it was sweet. I ordered from Zomato, is it because of that? Anyway all together food is nice, would be nice to visit sometime soon.

Foods are actually good.... And what I love most is their pan fried momo ..... Those are fresh juicy and much bigger in size ..... Must try .....
