BAO

Bao is a bun, usually filled with meat or vegetables. In a beloved Cantonese tradition, friend, family, and community often meet over "one tea and two bites" (一盅两件). Neighborhood teahouse like ours offer delicate, sweet, and savory treats meant to delight, or "touch the heart." Satisfying and refreshing on every level, it's a way of pausing in the bustle of life to enjoy, and share, pleasures worth savoring.
