Tried this place the other day and was very pleased. The food was very good and a good portion. Will definitely be going back.

Upon the recommendation of a friend, my BFF and I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a restaurant. Despite arriving just before opening time at 4:50 PM, the owner graciously welcomed us in and guided us through the menu. We were amazed by the attention to detail and dedication to quality that we found in this small, unassuming eatery. The food was nothing short of a culinary delight. Each dish was prepared fresh and delivered to our table with lightning speed. The flavors and textures were a harmonious symphony that left us wanting more. It was evident that the owner had poured her heart and soul into perfecting her craft. As we savored each bite, the owner took the time to share a bit of her personal story with us. In 2013, she found herself at a crossroads after a setback, but instead of giving up, she forged ahead and taught herself to cook. Her resilience and determination were evident in every dish we tried. Leaving the restaurant last evening, we were already planning our next visit. The experience had left a lasting impression on us, and we couldn't wait to return for another unforgettable meal. This hidden gem had become a cherished find that we couldn't wait to share with others.

Absolutely loved this place! What a delightful lady that runs it.

Hands down best chicken Pad Thai in town. The owner/cook has brought authentic Thai food to Wichita since 2010. The spring egg rolls and sweet sauce are also some of the best tasting I've ever had.

I love her yellow curry. All their dishes are a notch hotter than normal but I love that.

The people here are friendly and the servings are big! It's amazing how they cook there food from scratch and is very flavorful! Would recommend if your looking for something spicy aswell. Definitely coming back

When they say their medium is hot somewhere else, they are not kidding! The food is delicious, and the owner is friendly. She came out and spoke with our table to make recommendations. Update 2.10.24 - We had my husband's surprise 50th at Bann Thai. The owner was helpful and accommodated our schedule. She put out some decorations and provided great service. Even though our party filled the entire restaurant the owner and her server were nice and friendly. Please keep this place open by eating there, recommending it to others, and being return customers.

The barbecue pork with crispy pork fried rice was fantastic, and the crab Rangoon was amazing. I can't believe I've not been here before, but I plan to be back. Be aware that the heat levels are not like typical restaurants - the medium heat here is like Thai hot elsewhere. I asked for "mild-to-medium" and it was as much as I cared to handle. It didn't take away from the enjoyment of my food, but I'll probably go with mild next time.
