Banh Cuon is made from a thin, wide sheet of steamed fermented rice batter filled with a mixture of cooked seasoned ground pork and shrimp (shrimp roll), minced wood ear mushroom, and minced onion. Our combination banh cuon has pork roll, shrimp roll, and a blank sheet of steamed rice served with pork sausage (cha lua), and crispy shrimp cake (banh cong).
