Balaton Restaurant

We have relocated & reopened in Chagrin Falls / Bainbridge, early 2023. Long time constituency now doubled by nearby country dwellers. We are entrusted by their stories of steadfast history countering our family history. With that we feel home again, although the new place is a small place. Here we are shining through by their recognition of slow-cooked food. Here we stand for 65 years as curators of a much longer lineage of culinary development.
