Our founders, Patrice Robert and Brett Self, have more than 20 years each in the food service industry. Patrice is a native of Provence in the South of France and received his training through an apprenticeship under a Parisian Master Chef. Brett is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Come see us at the farmer's markets we participate in, we would love to serve you!
