Our head pastry chef and founder, Luz Granja, is a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School graduate with honors with an immense passion for great food and artisanal creations. Right after she graduated, Luz has been focused on perfecting her recipes and researching new methods to come up with the most delectable goods for her clients.
