Baisley's Deli

This deli used to be good, including good tasting butter on their buttered rolls. They were the best!! I’m not sure if they completely changed their butter, but please go back to using your old butter. I recently got one and the butter did not taste good at all. Very disappointing!

Best Philly cheese steak around!

I cant tell you how many times I've had issues with this place. For some reason my girlfriend still recommends this place. Well after today, no more. First I ordered a hero and was rudely corrected with "you mean a wedge?" I apologized and said yes, a wedge please. I then look up as I walked away and saw the menu says "hero". So why the rude correction? It came to 21 and change. I hand her 22, she closes the drawer and said thanks. Didn't even offer my change. To top off the rude service, we get home and the order was wrong. Pathetic from start to finish. I'm done with this place. Let the school kids waste their money. No adult should go here if they want food.

Italian sandwiches are very good I recommend this place

It really hurts me to post this. But maybe this is needed to help them fix these issues. Asked for a bagel with butter today and I am still looking for the butter. Please fix this and treat your customers better with actual product.

The new management has done a great job and the food and service remains excellent

Terrible management. New manager doesn't wear gloves when making sandwiches, The short young one with short hair and glasses who was the cashier was great. Loved him.- Though other staff seemed rude. Bacon on sandwich was not cooked, tasted way too oily. Will not be returning. Hope the old manager comes back. This place has seriously gone down hill.

Their service sucks. They take too long and the place looks unhygienic. There's also not enough options of different snacks and/or foods. Overall, is a very mid place.
