I love the bagels here, I dont love the service to be honest. I find the majority of workers kinda cold and not very inviting every time I come in(My brother says the same thing). I had one guy server tell me to wait somewhere else and he would bring me my food outside and press the heater on. He forgot about us, and never came out once to apologize or turn on the heater even when I had to go back in to get it myself. When I told the waitresses they didn't say "hey sorry about that next time we’ll give you a free bagel" or something which is what I used to do working in a cafe/restaurant when we would forget about someone’s order. I know it’s a busy place but a little friendliness goes along way. The energy of most of the workers are as cold as the winter in Quebec. I’ve decided to stop coming here because of the lack of kindness as a regular customer really puts me off. It’s a shame because my young daughter loves the bagel. I now prefer buying bagels from Lufa over coming here. I’m usually not so critical but I’ve been here that many times to be able to make this judgement. If you can look past the service as a customer then you’ll probably like it aside from the tight space. The ambiance is lovely, bagels are delicious, terrasse and fire place are sweet. Also if you’re in the area and you want great service and coffee then check out Les Minnettes on st.rose and corner des Patriotes. The servers are attentive, warm, and friendly. I grew up in St.Rose and I tip my hat to this coffee shop!
I have been to this bagel place a few times. The service sometimes were slow because it's always full.Food is good with reasonable price.
Superbes bagels frais, choix de plats déjeuner et dîner. Bon service, terrasse extérieure. Situé dans le vieux Ste-Rose. Stationnement à l'arrière. À essayer absolument
It’s a cute cozy place with nice food. Bagels are unique and a favourite of ours. The place fills up quickly and is more suited for small groups but that’s fine. My criticism is the service is sometimes not that friendly. Maybe it’s regional and this is how it is in this area, I don’t know. But that’s my only criticism.
