Bruegger's Bagels

I ordered a bacon , egg and cheese on an onion bagel. My sandwich tasted so peppery that I did not enjoy it. Then I noticed they use peppered bacon. Why not offer traditional bacon?!

Miserable woman at the counter today, my first trip to this place. Egg and cheese was totally disappointing. Razor thin pre made egg and cheese. Total joke. Missing Bagel Js. This place may not make it here with product like that.

Poorly managed and organized. Not at all the workers’ fault. Management needs to figure out a more efficient way. There was at least 10 workers behind the counter but barely seemed to be any organization. it took 30 minutes to get 3 bagel sandwiches, not even complicated orders, just selected off the menu. They seemed to prioritize online orders and ignore the store full of people standing around waiting, at least 30 of us. There’s barely any tables or seating so everyone is standing around the counter and along every wall. Seemed like a lot of people got sick of it and left so they had to just put the bagels back. Even after all that time, all of our orders were incorrect. I felt terrible for the workers and I definitely wouldn’t want to be in their position. Hugely disappointing.

Rachel is my girl. She always remembers my bagel choice and is so personable and kind. The rest of the staff is always so polite and the bagels here are my favorite. It’s hard to find good bagels in Buffalo, didn’t love bagel jays but brueggers is now the go-to. Thanks Rachel for being amazing:)

First time trying this place this morning; food was pretty tasty. Got the Skinny Bacon Avocado Tomato & Egg White bagel and coffee there…I’d give this place a go again ☺️

Y'all Brueggers blew my mind this weekend, and not in a good way. Be careful if you pre-order with full payment. It can walk out the door before you arrive and it will not be their problem. And not only will it not be their problem they'll think you're nuts for thinking they'll fix it . ‍♀️ I'm still so flabbergasted over the entire interaction that I felt a need to bash a business. I'm also not complaining over a single bagel order. I ordered their brunch box so it was a $40 order. Anyway, be careful

This review was for Bagel Jays: Food was horrible and cheap as hell and the dude responded with something along the lines of "well that wasn't a real good idea" referring to me going through the drive-thru and me offhand mentioning I hadn't been there before. Weird.

I went to Bagel Jay's often so decided to try the new Brueggers Bagels. Online said that the Delaware location had a drive thru but when I hit there, I discovered it wasn't open yet even though this location has been open since December. The cashier was not the least but friendly and the breakfast sandwich I got was so greasy, even the take out bag was covered in grease. Very disappointing.

Would recommend going somewhere else unless you wanna wait 30 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese
