Bagel Boss Teaneck

Update 01/2024 A year later and the chef still has not added more raisins nor added larger raisins to the cinnamon raisin bagels. The Teaneck bagel challenge of 2024 is now over. Teaneck Hot Bagels is the winner with better tasting bagel dough, better cooked flavor, better crunchy skin, better ingredients and a lot more raisins plus bigger raisins than Bagel Boss! Bagel Boss is still very good though. And for the best bagels in NJ and the entire country, the champion is still Cresskill Hot Bagels! Original review 2023 Nice new bagel shop in Teaneck! They have lots of yummy bagels to chose from and they have a ton of other delicious treats as well! The bagels i got were still hot and fresh from the oven! Perfectly light crunch on the outside crust, super warm, moist and chewey in the center! I wish the cinnamon raisin bagels had bigger raisins and more of them, but still delicious as they are now. Very friendly employees. Nicely designed inside with a white theme and floor to ceiling design. Lots of tables to eat at. Super clean inside. The pastries look very yummy and I will have to try some the next time i visit.. probably the blueberry muffin or the apple turnover! Would be good to redesign the parking lot to include an exit on the far right side (when u face the street) so you can exit the parking lot a little easier and safer.

Ordering was very easy and since we were ordering for our school it was delivered on time and nice set up. We appreciate the service and will be back.

Was on our way to Teaneck Road Bagels but girlfriend wanted an egg sandwich so we stopped here instead. We both agreed we would not be back. Reasons: 1) I have doubts that the bagels were fresh. It was early morning and the bagels weren’t warm and did seem a touch stale. 2) The egg sandwich my girlfriend ordered took forever to come out of the kitchen and we were the only customers there. She said it wasn’t worth the wait. 3) Coffee was not good. We paid for it and had to toss it before leaving the store because flavor was way off. People working seemed nice but the product just isn’t up to the standard that the area has for bagels.

Super expensive and not worth it! Large coffee is $3.75 which is outrageous especially for it to be self serve, not strong, and not a lot of creamer options. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and jelly. I watched the girl spread the cream cheese and she put a very little and I asked for more she then added the normal amount. She reached for the strawberry jelly. I told her I wanted grape but they didn’t have any. Then she rang me up and added $1 extra for the jelly that I didn’t even want. Mind you if you order from website it says jelly is only a 50 cent extra charge. This place is a rip off!!!!!

The bagels here aren't my preferred style. They are dense and very chewy, I prefer my bagels to be chewy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside.

They don't say it's Kosher so no real Bacon, other than that it's a very nice store with very nice selection and nice staff.

Fresh food, fast service

Nice staff, awful bagels. & no pork at all. I’m sorry but I hate any place that uses religion as a reason not to offer a product or service that is in their wheel house. Matter of fact religion itself probably made the whole thing taste worse. & im not an antisemite, im anti god. Anti religion. Messed up my whole morning dawg. It’s always a catholic a muslim or a Jewish person ruining my day with their nonsensical superstitions. & my fkn bagel wit a small coffee & drink cost like 15 dollars. Gtfoh then the machine asks for a tip which I said no. It’s a shame too because again nice staff. But when they’re gettin 15 for a bad bagel with too much butter you better ask the boss for your tip cut
