(Oh·le·vee·eh) Shredded chicken, potato, English peas, Persian pickles, eggs and mayonnaise

(must·oh·moo·seer) Creamy yogurt with shallot, served with fresh bread.

(must·oh·kee·ar) - Yogurt, diced cucumber, dried dill, and dried mint, served with fresh bread.

(Sole·tah·ni) - A combination of one koobideh and one barg. The name suggests that it is prepared in the style of a king.
