Terrible service. I’ve never wished so hard that I was on the American Airlines side. Such better service on their side at the James River Grill. At least I get good service there. This place: “Did you scan the QR code?” Yes, I scanned your lazy code and it didn’t work. Mocked by the waiter. Unappreciated.

It's 5:35 am. Google says they open at 5:00 am. One of the workers said 5:30 am. Still not open.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Juicy and they actually understand how to cook a patty medium unlike most burger joints, plus the bacon was good and crispy
