Great place to get your balls taken care of. Brian gave us pro tips, helped us find the right ball and even prepared us for future ball maintenance.
Well, walk in at 8pm go to the bar. The employees are watching the woman's NCAA basketball game, the bar had plates glasses with food and drinks in them. The bar was sticky and we needed to request if it could get cleaned up. The employees were not interacting. Everyone walked around looking down some doing some task and we then had to request if we could order something. No eye contact no how are you no can I get you something. Cant see or read any of names on the name tags. It was like we were being avoided so they didnt have to help us. The web site States you can get a salad. Nope was told the menu doesnt match the web site and everything is changing. No prices on drinks or beer. Seemed like that could be just made up as you go by the staff. No paper towels in the mens restrooms. The login screen on our lane 20 touch screen didnt work correctly. You would touch a letter and the letter before it populate. We asked if that could be looked at. A employee came over wiped the screen and that didn't fix the issue and that was basically that. We didn't get offered to move to another lane and kinda wonder if it would even get reported. Web site says $65.00 per lane. We were told over the phone it covered two hours. Nope, it is per hour. We were charged $135.00 per lane for for two hours each lane 19 & 20 when were reserved plus and extra $20.00 but yet we were told only 2 pairs of shoes were covered. I'm not saying avoid this place like the plague but simply would say to the new owners that there is work to do. Especially with coaching your staff. If you want to truly have a class act facility it starts with you and your expectations you set forth with your team. I always willing to give someone a second chance but clearly would like to see some changes with this laundry list or will definitely take my business elsewhere. Sincerely!!
Beer prices are extremely reasonable, $28 for a pitcher of 805. The ball selection is limited and seems to be geared towards people with freakishly small thumbs. Let's talk about the pizza, I've had microwaved Mama Celeste pies with more flavor. Their crust is made of 50% recycled rubber heated to just above room temperature. I believe the cheese is a blend of the cheapest mozzarella and hot glue stick spread in a thick layer over the crust to hide the fact that there isn't any real pizza sauce down there. The pepperoni tastes like dollar store beef jerky, which is fantastic if you're into that kind of thing. The pineapple was actually pineapple and so it was the single redeeming quality of this pizza. While they may have cut some corners when it comes to traditional Italian cuisine, they spent some big bucks on the ranch! My advice, drown every slice in that white sauce and make believe you're eating at Olive Garden.
Good bowling lanes, good food. Clean environment.
Our 2 lanes we rented were down for 30 minutes, we asked for a partial refund for the time loss and they only offered a credit. We don’t live in the area, so that was useless. The nachos are huge, but not much cheese.
