Promptly arrived 4/6/24 at 9 am to enjoy the creamery tour as posted to the university of madison wisconson 175 anniversary site. Sat in the lobby for 15min while being ignored by several staff member. After the full 15 min wait we asked when are the tours. They simply said they start at 2pm and we cannot help you. We later that this was also false. You had to be scheduled which was not communicated. Would not recommend.
