They are successful in the business now and they are no different in acknowledging this. No wonder the service quality has been degraded drastically. They feel they are the best and so it’s ok even if there is zero hospitality. It’s ok to ask the customers to wait outside in the scorching heat. It’s more of monopoly than the authenticity now. Avoid this place if you want to go for a relaxed meal with your family and friends. Absolute trash now.

Have been visiting this place on and off. Must say housekeeping needs major improvement, floors un-mopped, untidy surroundings and worst of all mosquitoes !! Service has taken a hit too .. had to wait 40 minutes for serving of baati and then second serving of chokha (ironically restaurant's name is baati chokha) .. sad to see the overall quality go down so bad. Even sweet dishes like gulab jamun and signature dishes like bakheer were not available even before 9 pm. Writing so criticality with a faint hope that the review finds the owner and suitable amends are made...
