Ba Bar (Father's Bar) founded in 2011 by husband and wife team, Eric Banh and Teresa Nguyen. We finally made it to the New York Time’s 25 Best Restaurants in Seattle Right Now after 12 years. Originally located in Capitol Hill, Ba Bar has since expanded to South Lake Union and University Village. As Vietnamese immigrants, they envisioned elevating the vibrancy of their childhood cuisines by sourcing the highest quality ingredients and were determined to redefine people's expectations of street food.
