Pastries smell delicious however they are the opposite. Long lines bad costumer service, too pricey.

DO NOT COME HERE, they serve moldy canolies we knew they tasted off but when we opened them up and they were green inside. This place also has flies in the cases.

Pensé que eran más profesionales en esta pastelería .. mande hacer un pastel y la verdad nada que ver con lo que les pedí pienso que si no pueden hacer las cosas bien mejor deberían de decielr a uno pareciera que no sabían ni lo que estaban haciendo

Es un lugar muy bonito el pan delicioso y son muy amables

I recently went to pick up my husband's cake, when they gave it to me it was NOT what I had ordered at the time was just the decorating that was wrong. I was told to wait 10min which in reality wait time for a manager was 30 min. When I spoke to manager he said 5 minutes it'll be ready because I have to redecorate it so I said ok, that was an additional 20 minutes. When they gave it to me she said you still have a balance because it's strawberry and pecan I said ok because I was under the assumption it was right now. When I take out the cake the side was all falling apart. When he cut his cake I told him cut both ends so you can decide what flavor to get, he said it's strawberry both sides... So I paid more because it was a specialty cake but it wasn't. Very poor customer service. Never again getting anything from there! I gave them a second chance already not giving a third!.

very overpriced for the quality of the pastries. y siempre cuando voy tienen muy mala cara. i understand these are hard times but taking it out on others isn't the way to go. la rosca de reyes that they sell is not good at all especially for the price point- i suggest you take your service elsewhere. les urgió que lleven su servicio a otra parte.

Las conchas estan buenas. Pues encargue un pastel de tres leches pero ese si estubo muy Malo. El pastel estaba bien amarillo y reseco, aparte de que le falto demiasado leche la verdad no sabia a un pastel mexicano pero como a uno de la Jewel que ya tiene dias ahi.
