Fries were bland. Service was slow. Burger was meh.

They got the order wrong for two of our items. Quite disappointing

Really poor service. i like how it used to be before , now its sucks , took almost 20 minutes to complete my order and 3 employees where on phone doing nothing

They got mine and my friends orders wrong consistently

This location is actually closed but the signs are all still up.

It's at a gas station so atmosphere is not the greatest. Busy part of town with Centennial College and UofT Scarborough nearby. Not sure why such negative reviews have floated to the top. Their product is very good and I have never had a problem with the food or service.

I’ve been here before, poor CS. Tried going through drive through which was not blocked. Speaker was on a corner and there was a paper saying closed for renovations. I pulled forward to exit out, to meet a metal gate for construction which was invisible in the dark with no light until I passed the speaker. I spent much time backing up trying to get out of this. Why in the world was the drive through not blocked off at the initial entrance??? Why wasn’t there a sign saying closed for renovation at the initial entrance on the Wendy’s sign??? I was in distress.
