For the times I have been at Aw,I have never experienced any sort of a problem or delay in service.Their tea is very nice ,given that am a tea lover ,I mostly go there for that..Especially the one at warden and metropolitan road is near my home.very quiet and staff are friendly

Went to get a breakfast sandwich at 11:36pm. A&W has all day breakfast, the guy at the front serving customers didn’t greet us verbally, merely gave a head nod and stated they can’t do all day breakfast because they’re cooking burgers on the grill? Make it make sense lol.

Always takes eternity to get food here even without anyone in the drive thru

This was my first time trying the poutine at A&W. Supposedly, they are known to have one of the best fast food poutines. This could not be further from the truth - at this location anyway. The fries were barely warm, the gravy was cold, and the cheese curds weren’t melted AT ALL. Sure, I got takeout, but it took me LESS THAN 2 minutes to get to my car. Even the poutine at DQ is better. Huge disappointment.
