customer service needs work. Five star google reviews are not meant for employees to give themselves high ratings (5 stars). It defeats the purpose of the reviews.
I have worst experience of the Canadian breakfast. Eggs were raw and sussages cold like inside freezer. Terrible
THE WORKERS HERE GIVE THEMSELVES FIVE STARS. THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED EVERYONE ELSE IN THE LAST WHILE HAS BEEN 1 STAR AND A FEW 3 STARS. MANPREET IS THE MANAGER AS WELL AND GAVE HERSELF 5 STARS. LOL 1. Food - Mold on buns 3 times. Having a conversation with other customers is when we started finding out about the mold on buns. (my daughter got really sick)> 2. Manager Manpreet has absolutely zero customer service. They look at you like a Deer with a headlight shone 3. All other AandW don't have a problem scanning your coupons and letting you re-use specially when you work next door to each other. Never had problems with AandW at first until we had to deal with Manpreet the Manager 4.Ashima owner/supervison/manager ????Don't know what her postion is because ever thing is some kind of secret. 5. Always understaff to save money 6. I have few more moldy pictures 7. I work close by so I continued to go as long as it was deep fried and my daughters are at a school nearby. Which hoping majority of the schoolkids will not continue as they will all be showed the moldy burgers. 8. Recommendations AandW hire people with customer service that are not illiterate. 9. Stop just selling your franchise and actually look into who your selling to will play a big role in the future of AandW 10. Do you ever wonder why some fast food restaurants are shut down. Its all about customer service !!!! 11. The only reason this AandW makes money is because of where it is situated but eventually people won't care when the service has gone down hill and you do not care about your customers at all.
