Ava’s Kitchen & Bar features a wood burning brick oven that churns out thin crackly-crusted pizzas with a flavor and texture that is like no other. Our mission is to re-imagine the possibilities of what pizza can be by looking back to the techniques of our ancestors. These trusted traditions took time and care but resulted in a much more delicious and healthy product.
