      Packet of 6 waffles Thin, fluffy waffles filled with a subtle mix of vanilla. The “gaufre” is a fluffy waffle originating in Belgium and made from a brioche dough. Our waffles are handmade and cooked in a waffle iron - as per tradition - between two hinged cast iron plates. Our waffles are available in two flavors: vanilla or Vergeoise brown sugar & rum. The Vergeoise brown sugar versions contain a filling made from fresh butter flavored with rum.
    • Vergeoise Waffle

      Packet of 6 waffles Thin, fluffy waffles filled with a subtle mix of brown sugar. The “gaufre” is a fluffy waffle originating in Belgium and made from a brioche dough.       Crispy pastry made from leavened puff pastry with butter. We add two sticks of high-quality chocolate to the puff pastry, which is what makes this pastry so famously delicious.
    • Croissant

      Crispy pastry made from leavened puff pastry with butter. Our pure butter croissants are made in accordance with a traditional recipe and technique: mixing the pastry, incorporating the butter, shaping the croissant... We insist on the delicious, indulgent, authentic French taste of our croissants.
