You need to counts your 10 count mini dogs. I saw them pick 1 out of each cup more than 1 times on multiple occasions. This time my cup have only 8 counts and i have my 2 years old on me so i cant really confront them. Shame

I don’t like giving a one star review because it seems extreme but they earned this one. I ordered a pretzel with cheese. What I got was a cold greasy ball of dough and cold hard cheese tossed at me by an employee that either hated me or her life or both. I will absolutely not be back.

I love this pretzels, my favorite it’s the Pepperoni pretzel with the hot salsa cheese and the cinnamon nuggets with the sweet glaze , and the blue raspberry lemonade ‍

Melissa and Crystal you guys are the best employees I’ve ever interacted with before at this Aunty Annie’s location. Your staff overall are very nice people and deserve a higher pay accordingly. The pretzels are always phenomenal and your pretzel dogs are delicious as ever. Aunty Annie’s is def a good place to pick up a treat at, is certainly my favorite and I always recommend it around!

Yesterday I experienced two workers that were extremely rude. They had nasty attitudes, lacked customer service AND food safety skills. Touching cooked, ready to eat food with your bare hands is extremely unacceptable and simply disgusting. I do not recommend this stand in the mall!
