Update: Her name is Kail L. Yes. She lacks customer service skills! Very rude! Date: 01/28/2024 time 12:31pm Whomever is working there today needs an attitude readjustment. She is very rude and not nice at all! She had a wireless headphone in her left ear and could not hear a thing I said. When I asked her a question she snapped back with what? Rolled her eyes and blew her breath. I’m so plucking done with this branch! If you like good customer service get a pretzel at the store in the mall!

Today December 3, 2023, the young lady working behind the counter HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS THE MANAGER LILLANA( however you spell her name) was WORSE!!! I will never give this place my hard earned money again!!!

Not sure of the name of the woman working today, but her customer service was awful. I had a question regarding the frozen lemonade drinks, so I walked up to the counter. She glanced at me and said nothing, which was no big deal as she was working. I asked if I could ask her a question about them, and mid sentence she cut me off saying no frozen drinks before gesturing to the machine that was self-cleaning. I understand she couldn't sell me any, but she didn't have to cut me off and be rude. I just had a question as I've never had the product. Now I won't be trying it at all or coming back here.

The girl behind the counter must be working for another company! Her whole demeanor while serving me made me want to go anywhere else. Sorry, Auntie Anne, when I see your sign again ,I will be going in the opposite direction.

Well we asked for 2 pretzels and apparently the chick taking the order was not only just talking to my bf and not asking me about my order but she clearly had the good Ole googly eyes for him, fair enough she can stare all she wants he didn't notice her at all, but you'd think if she was gonna openly stare at my bf like a cat in heat the least she could do was get the order right. Nope only gave my bf his order completly left out mine. Now normaly it be like " did she hear the whole order?" And seeing as when she repeated the whole order to us including me double checking I'd say yeah, she heard the whole order and just left my stuff out. Next time if you stare at another women's man at least give us the full correct order.

Went to the Wal-Mart on Lowe's Blvd specifically to get Auntie Anne's before they close. Online (on Google and Auntie Anne's website) it says they close at 9p. The guy working said they closed at 8p. Pretty POed about the complete waste of time and gas since there is a Wal-Mart closer to me I would've gone to if their hours were right.

I have come here multiple times with my family. The server whos initials are L.S is always miserable. She is quite curt and rude when asked a Question. She didn't hear me and spat out "What!?" as if i offended her. She even had the nerve to tap impatiently as i gave her the money due. There was no one behind me. Im not sure where the customer service training went but it definitely is not being projected at this location.

Little kid working there who wears the hat was very rude to me just now. I asked for a specific cup of pretzel and he told me they were all the same, and that he had already put the cup in the bag. I told him I did not touch the bag and I would like the cup I chose.. he argued with me then finally changed the cup of pretzels with an attitude and made my drink with his glove half on. Very unprofessional like.
