Auntie Anne's

The location is very run down. They were out of things and just not like it used to be!

We drove all the way from temple to be told that they don't make jalapeno pretzels that often. So needless to say I ended up with a regular pretzel that tasted horrible a d had no salt. My husband got the pepperoni which he didn't care for either. A waste of money and gas. Won't go back.

Sept 9 employees were being rude when asked questions about their menu. Very unprofessional, you can't assume your customers know your menu as you do. Or if changes were made.

Going to call corporate. Was refused Service 20 minutes before closing!!

Refused to replace spilled drink. Everywhere else replaces spilled drink. First time I’ve seen that.

I don't know who the old woman is working the counter but she's extremely rude. If she can't work customer service without giving customers attitude she should be working somewhere else. Decided not to order anything¯⁠\⁠(⁠°⁠_⁠o⁠)⁠/⁠¯

Annette was such a wonderful individual that attended my wife and I. Definitely recommend the Auntie Anne’s in the Killeen Mall!

Great tasting but spent a little more than I'd like for mini pretzel and hot dog bites.
