Guy working the register was very rude and looked like he hated his job, hated being there, hated when customers walked in, and just all around hated life. He was also treating the other employee making pretzels very rudely. I will not be going back!

My dad has dementia and doesn't get out of the house much. Today, Christmas Eve, in the pouring down rain, when I have 101 things to do already, I picked up my dad to take him to get a pretzel. I walk up to the door at 11:10am and the door is locked. I wait patiently outside the door, in the rain, for a few minutes then knock and ask what time they open. She says 11am. I tell her it's it's now 11:10am. Then she changes her mind and tells me they open at 12. Mind you, it says 11am online. Not happy!!!!

THE FOOD IS GREAT, I can never leave this town without stoping by here, I can't bear without pretzels

The food here was a bit stale, but overall everything tasted fine, and as expected.

Always good, but it doesn't open until 11.

Popular place for a lot of people. Sometimes you have to wait outside to get it into ordering. And general good and friendly people
