Deep-fried prawns seasoned with honey mayonnaise and cream and topped with honey walnuts.

Chicken lo mein, sweet & sour pork, and pork fried rice.

Boneless chicken breast breaded, deep-fried, and topped with lemon sauce.

Shrimp sautéed with vegetables in egg white and wine sauce.

Broccoli, snow peas, rice noodles, black mushrooms, and fried tofu with brown sauce.

Sautéed with egg, shredded cabbage, carrot, bamboo shoot strips, and mushroom.

Choice of one entrée per person. Served with rice, one egg roll per person, and one choice of soup. (Over four guests adds the option of tofu & vegetable soup or velvet corn soup.)
