The menu at Atelier Restaurant is guided by the seasons, drawing inspiration from the latest offerings from the Midwest’s best farms. Our tasting menu is a constant work in progress, changing frequently as the season demands. Chef Hunter cooks the way he sees people eat. In practice this means wide ranging influences: from the corner taqueria to the Indian and Pakistani restaurants along Chicago’s Devon Ave. to an Ethiopian restaurant in Uptown. In the end, these disparate styles make for a menu that is inherently American.
