Asylum Restaurant

We made a reservation for the dance floor ahead of time to make sure we would get a nice spot and when we got there, our table was given to another person and they moved our table to the back in a different area. We tried to manage the problem with the manager in charge at the moment and nothing was done. it is very upsetting when you try to have your rights respected and nothing happens. The one star it is only for the way they manage the table reservation. is there. a reason to book a time limite to arrive if you can loose your table to someone else even if vou arrive a bit earlier? At least the servers are lovely and kind.

Was there for a birthday last night and the service was impeccable by server Emily. She truly is a great server and kept up to the demands of the party. Food was good also.

Watch your bills! Our server added extra drinks to multiple people’s bills in our party. I let her know so she could fix my bill trying to give her the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. She did not say a word, just had a condescending smirk on her face and took my bill away to fix it. She then told the bartender to cut me off. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated all around.

Service is excellent and Sound Machine the band so fun.

Rude girl with double chin gave brutal service

came in for a snack while gambling, our server “Emily C” was the best! rare to find great service like that these days. all staff were welcoming and nachos were delicious.

The most fabulous servers & bartenders!

Terrible, terrible service. Arrived to our reso on time. After waiting 20 min finally flagged down a waitress. Waited 10 more min before they took our order. 55 min after our reso, I had to grab our own drinks from the bar. 1hr 10 min after our reso our food arrived leaving only 20 min to eat and get to our show. Will not be going back!

So much fun! The band was great. Prompt, attentive, friendly and consistent service for 12 ladies. No waits for drink or food. Delicious food and then dancing to the best band ever!! A great place to go “out on the town” Vegetarian options: Options available

Great food, and service. Definitely come back for the food. But next time make reservations, as decided to try it out last minute.
