Intentionally unfiltered to spotlight the rawness of organic hops, this IPA is less bitter but more flavorful and balanced than most West Coast versions. B’ham Brown (Classic Brown Ale) 5.0% ABV // 24 IBU // 1.056 OG light body + roasted nuts & chocolate notes + malt forward True Brown Ales are light in body, but not light in flavor. This beer accomplishes that with generous amounts of Chocolate, Black, Carahell, and Roasted malts along with a complicated mash schedule that delivers a malt forward beer with a light, easy drinking quality that will keep you refreshed and intrigued. Captain Ron (IPA) 7.0% ABV // 14.8 P // 40 IBU medium body + pineapple juice + faint bitterness Captain Ron is a brewery favorite. This beer is jam packed with New Zealand hops with a splash of German Huell Melon. You're greeted with a rush of aromas of pineapple, white wine, and orange juice. The soft mouthfeel provided by the oats helps create the tropical vibes these hops are looking for. Flavors of citrus (grapefruit and lime specifically), pear, and pineapple balance out a faint, pleasant bitterness creating a drying sensation that feels akin to a mimosa. Charlie Foxtrot (Fresh Hop IPA) 6.9% // 75 IBU // 14.6 P Grapefruit + Peppery + Bitter It's finally here! Fresh hop season has arrived! This year, for Charlie Foxtrot, we used a mixture of Cascade, Centennial, Crystal, and Columbus fresh hops from Growing Veterans. For the past three years, we have been working with Growing Veterans for all of our fresh hop beers. This beer has a balanced bready, malt backbone that helps carry the hop flavors of citrus, marmalade, and blueberries. This beer will not last long, and fresh hops are best consumed, well... fresh. Classic Light Lager 4.0% ABV // 8 IBU // 1.036 OG light body + malt forward + crisp This is your classic, easy drinking light lager beer — light in flavor, alcohol, and calories. While it may be an American macro brewery standard, it’s better when brewed in small batches without corn and rice. Pours a pale straw color with a rocky white head. For a throwback to simpler times and a taste of nostalgia, reach for a Classic Light Lager! Hops: Strisselspalt, Hersbrucker Malt: Pilsner

Coastal Pils (German Style Pilsner) 4.8% ABV // 40 IBU // 1.046 OG light body + zesty bitterness + crisp Brewed in similar fashion to the northern German style pilsner, we named this beer Coastal Pils as a nod to Germany’s coastal region where notable examples exist. Not to be confused with a Bavarian Pilsner, this style has a more pronounced zest and citrus-like bitterness. While not German, we prefer the flavor of Czech Saaz hops, which were used at a rate of 1 lb per barrel to create the distinct hoppy flavor. This lager is fully attenuated, hoppy with a refreshing mineral finish. Hops: Premiant, Saaz Malt: Pilsner

Cosmic Dreams 6.0% ABV // 35 IBU // 13 P Ripe mango + papaya + naval orange Cosmic Dreams is a Hazy IPA with notes of freshly pressed tangerine, mandarin, and navel orange juices. Following in the footsteps of Batch 15, this IPA is dry, with a quenching bitterness and a pointed hop character featuring Pacific Gem, Amarillo, El Dorado, & Simcoe. Designed with slightly lower alcohol content for longevity and reduced calories, we are happy to add this new offering to the flagship family! Das Boot Beer Style: Festbier Three Tasting Notes: bready + medium body + crisp Description: Das Boot is back! Here at Aslan, we always welcome this festbier's return as it represents the transition from summer to fall. The combination of Pilsner and Munich malt contributes flavors of toast with honey and fresh dough. The hops provides a delicate floral and peppery note that balances the malt profile. With a bit bigger body and ABV than a typical German lager, this festbier has us ready to celebrate the coming of fall and is perfect for the upcoming cooler nights!

Dawn Patrol (Pacific Ale) 5.5% ABV // 10 IBU // 1.050 OG medium body + pineapple & mango notes + refreshing This beer is mild yet complex in its delivery. The hop presence is noticed by subtle flavors of pineapples that meld beautifully with the slightly spicy and minty character derived from the use of Rye malt. A somewhat recently pioneered style, this Pacific Ale is delivered unfiltered to accentuate its fresh farm to glass, unprocessed, organic qualities. Disco Lemonade 4.5% ABV // 0 IBU // 10 P light body + effervescent + very tart Year over year, this sour wheat beer has been signaling the beginning of summer here in Bellingham. And in its 6th year of doing so, it's bringing the summer weather with it! Disco Lemonade is brewed with barley, lots of wheat, and a pinch of hops. Fermented with a special strain of lactobacillus and finished with our house ale strain. Light, perfectly tart, effervescent, and incredibly drinkable! Hops: Malling Malt: Pilsner, Wheat

Ginger Rye (Rye Pale Ale) 5.2% ABV // 40 IBU // 13.5 P medium body + ginger notes + approachable One of the two original beers on draft when we opened shop, this staple is now available in cans for the first time. Inspired by the cocktail "Moscow Moose," this Rye Pale Ale incorporates nearly 2 lbs of fresh ginger per finished barrel of beer. Ginger Rye is mashed with floor-malted Maris Otter, lots of rye malt, and hopped with Yakima grown Centennial. This delicious experimental pale ale is just hoppy enough, with plenty of ginger spice and a soft malt backbone to hold it all together. Hops: Centennial Malt: Caramunich, Maris Otter, Rye, Vienna

Hefeweizen 5.0% ABV // 15 IBU // 12.6 P clove + vanilla + lemon zest Description: It finally feels like summer! We can’t think of anything better than sipping on a cold, refreshing beer during a hot, sunny day. We have the perfect beer for such an occasion. Our ode to summer is a traditional German Hefeweizen that has been double decocted for a deeper malt profile. Traditional German yeast is paired with noble hops creating an expressive bouquet of lemon and clove with a hint of vanilla. Bay Drifter Beer Style: Pilsner Three Tasting Notes: bright + citrus + light body Description: Bay Drifter is an American Pilsner inspired by Bellingham’s first brewery, Bellingham Bay Brewery, founded in 1902. Obviously we don’t know what those beers tasted like back then but we did some research and came up with a beer that we think honors the time and tradition while still staying with the current flavors and ingredients. This pilsner is clean and bright with distinct cracker and white bread flavors paired with a grassy, lemony bitterness. We are extremely thrilled with how this beer came out and only a little bummed with how limited it is, only available on draft at all Aslan locations and in cans at Seattle’s local PCC community markets.

Bitburger X Aslan Beer Style: Dry-Hopped Pils It feels almost impossible to put into words what this collaboration means to us. When the good folks at Bitburger approached us to brew an intercontinental collaboration, we could not have been more honored. The resulting beer is an incredibly balanced dry-hopped pilsner. We’re proud to present to you, Kernza® Lager, a good grain collaborative between Patagonia Provisions and 11 breweries, including us!

Confluence Blended Saison plum + medium body + funky ABV: 7.0% We could not be more excited to bring you our first collaborative barrel blend and first-ever collaboration with our friends at @wanderbrewing! Confluence is a blend of two barrels from Wander's esteemed barrel program (Flanders Red, Spontaneous fermented project) and three barrels from ours (Flanders Red, Brett Saison, Brett Pilsner). Combined, these barrels created a beer unlike anything either brewery has produced. The dark cherry notes of the Flanders Reds are brightened by lemon and pineapple from the Brett. Confluence starts out with sharp acidity, followed by expressive carbonation, and then mellows into a berry medley on the back end. This beer is a celebration of spring and times out perfectly between our respective breweries' 7th anniversaries.

Peated Frances Brett Saison aged in Peated Whiskey barrels Three Tasting Notes: lemon + peat + smooth 7.2% ABV // 35 IBU // 12 P Description: In 2019 we were approached by Westland Distillery to put our Frances Farmer Saison in freshly emptied peated whiskey barrels. After resting in the barrels for 2 years the beer was finally ready to be packaged. After conditioning in bottles for 8 months this beer presents a punchy lemon acidity and rich peaty funk with a smooth body tying it all together. Stop by all Aslan locations this weekend to celebrate 8 years and give this one-of-a-kind beer a try! Cheers!

Beer Name: Siren Sound Beer Style: Petite Saison Three Tasting Notes: oaky + saline + tart A blend of multiple saison barrels created to celebrate our Seattle taproom.

Beer Name: Pinot Dojo Beer Style: Fruited Saison Three Tasting Notes: tannic + berry + effervescent Description: After an almost mythical existence inside our brewery, we're excited to finally release Pinot Dojo! Back in 2018, this beer rested on that year's harvest of Pinot Noir grapes from Medici Vineyards in Oregon for 6 months before being racked into neutral oak barrels, left to slumber for four years, before being bottled in 2022. This gave the beer ample time to extract the beautiful tannins from the skin of the grapes. Pinot Dojo is a lovely blend of wine and beer flavors but we wouldn’t call this a hybrid. The base beer is a Brett Saison with a light, citrusy acidity and mild, yet pronounced Brett funk. This is very much a beer but conditioning on the grapes allows for the native yeast and bacteria to do their work, giving more wine funk, acidity, and complexity to this beer while helping make it incredibly drinkable.
