One of America's first craft beer bars, Ashley's offers an eclectic menu of made from scratch specialties. From our custom grind short rib burger on a house made Japanese milk but, our sous vide fried chicken sandwich, hand breaded Pinconning cheese curds to our hand cut Belgian style frites served with house made mayo, we got something for everyone (including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free) Ashley's also offers one of Michigan's largest collections of Scotch whisky (including our lost Scotch collection of long closed distilleries), craft cocktails, and of course our curated collection of craft beers from Michigan and around the world. Ashley's owners have even been knighted by the Belgian Brewers guild for supporting Belgian Beer!
