Love this place, always heading back here and it’s also got one of the better coffee spots to be found - I won’t mention the value for money!

Jonny and Dave delivered new sofa and chair (Olivia in blue). Staff, from start of enquiry to delivery today were great. I knew how long the order would take, got a phone call a few weeks later to confirm. Excellent service. Thank you.

Bought a brand new, ex-display corner sofa from the store, great price and delivered it with extremely reasonable delivery costs to my new flat for me which was an almost 60 mile-round trip. The gents who delivered it in for me were also great and very friendly. They even assembled the sofa together for me before they left. If I could add more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Nice coffee shop with good proper coffee . Purchased a secondhand fireside chair ( very comfortable) was going to pay for delivery but the kind assistance suggested might fit in my car . Drove car to collection point and two guys helped me put in car no problems. Everyone is a winner, worth popping down for coffee and a look round.

Need to bring there prices down!!!! This is a charity and people need to be able to afford things here. I can understand the new products at a higher price, but donations should be cheep. The thing I find is the cheaper the item the quicker it sells giving the shop a quick turnover, so still making the same or even higher sales in a year. Stop being greedy.

We would like to congratulate and commend most heartily the Ashgate Furniture Company on the quality of their staff and their products. We bought two double beds on Tuesday of last week. The manner in which the shop staff dealt with us was excellent; their care, attention and patience were genuine and of the highest order. Then they applied extra effort post-sale to ensure that we received them as soon as possible; indeed, we are delighted that our magnificent new beds were built in the factory, sent to Ashgate and then arrived today, only 9 days after our purchase. I must also write in the most glowing terms about the two lovely chaps who brought and assembled them for us; they were of the highest calibre and showed the maximum care, both for us and for Ashgate; they are an absolute asset to the charity. Finally, I would like to praise the beds themselves; not only did they cost far, far less than those available in the normal commercial bed shops, they are also of the absolute top quality. Every element of this purchase has been first class. Our enormous thanks to Ashgate, and may their endeavours continue to thrive in the manner that they deserve so richly! Christopher York

I pop in to Ashgate Hospice Furniture shop every now and then. Each time I've been I've come away with an absolute bargain. On my recent visit I was looking for units for my living room. I came away having purchased a pristine display unit and a display unit. Really happy with my purchases. On top of the variety of furnishings the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. Delivery was executed in a very professional and friendly manner. All round, I am extremely happy with my experience at Ashgate Hospice Furniture shop.
