Rude member of staff on the tills today Judy. On taking an item to the tills that was priced up on the sleeves as £3 but it came up on the till as £5:50. I politely informed her that the shelves stated the item was £3 and it was the same barcode because I checked before taking it to the till. Before asking another member staff to check this she advised that SHE not Asda does not have to sell this item to me even though she had scanned all items. I advised Judy that as she's had already start to sell process, she has to sell the item’s at the advertised price. At this point Judy became very argumentative and rude. Another staff member Dave very kindly listened to what I was saying and went to the shelf with me and look to the price and agreed that the barcode was the same and the Asda had to sell them at £3. As I was buying four of the same items it was a £10 difference. All this was completely unnecessary and what happened to the customer is always right. I feel that Judy needs more training in customer service ASAP.

Food over priced & tiny potions, jacket potato was a lil undercooked & burger was like a rock probably because of admitted miscommunication

The price is convenient

Great shopping place, it's just that l don't like the temperature it's cold in there and won't enjoy shopping.

Easy parking, you can get most of your household needs and clothing. Always nip in a purchase something

clothes are well made and wash nice from here but the queues are horrendous here many many times I have put my items back rather then wait in a massive queue
