This store desperately needs a lot of work, here's some reasons: Trolleys seem bashed up already with broken handlebars, locks etc... shelves aren't being checked as much as they should, as there are always tones of boxes or sometimes missing lables, etc. 1-way security gate is stuck in a open position defeating any point in the gate being there in the first place. Packing cages stored infront of things so you can't get by. Scan and go area hardly ever open, Defeating any point in it being there. STOP CRUSHING YOUR MILK! Seriously, Every time I see the milk, the caps are crushed in, what's the deal with that? Some stuff on shelves don't have great dates for some reason... not sure if that's normal... Fruit and veg printers are 99% of the time, faulty. Asda bakery labels are only readable on left side, with right side completely missing printed text. No offence, but the irvine store seems a bit poorly managed imo... VERY poor...

Easy access and plenty of choice

Was in Asda Irvine today and i have never seen it so dirty and untidy even the shelves were disgusting especially at the confectionery section Time the manager had a good look round the store or maybe he doesn't care??

Unclean, layout makes no sense. The staff have little to no manners or consideration for customers, unhelpful and rude. Think it's time to go to competitors where they offer a superior service.
