UPDATE: Here is the response I received from the so-called Manager, Abe Ruiz. Explains why this business services their customers the way they do. A fish usually rots from the head down. Like I said, what a joke!! "I certainly do not have a voicemail from you and attend to all comments, but certainly have not received any as of yet. However, seems like you have already made your mind that casa is a better option. How can I be of assistance?" You're better off walking across the street to CASA or any of the other hot spots on Mill. This place is a joke! Absolute worst service that I've experienced in a very long time. Our group was seated and we waited for about 15-20 minutes to be completely ignored. We walked out. Bartenders just stand around talking to their friends while purposely ignoring certain customers.
