Arrenello's Pizza

We are currently living in a hotel do to repairs in our home, so we ordered here tonight. First & foremost the gentleman who answered the phone & took our order, very friendly and didn’t make you feel rushed like alot of pizza places do when you place orders. I forgot we had no plates so I called back & asked for some, he stated they didn’t have plates but he would surely send me something over. When we got our food there was a bag with napkins and those fry boat/plate things. Soooo kind of him! & the pizza was amazing, hot & fresh! 10/10, thank you so much to that man. The delivery driver was also very nice.

Glenwood is still the best. Tinley's most recent pie was super oily...? The Chicken sandwiches tasted great, despite the wilted lettuce leaf.

Excellent thin crust pizza! They use a sweet sauce, which is amazing, and the pizza was cooked perfectly. They are a little on the pricey side, but it was worth it. We'll definitely be going back again!

It's a shame because they used to be my favorite pizza spot. Customer service is awful. Call today, most of the time a place will say please hold, but all I got was hold and listened to background noise for a few minutes. Heard another phone ring and somehow that guest got to place their order right away. After waiting several minutes I tried to place my order and when I said delivery was asked to hold again. After another minute or so was told they only have 1 driver and 8 orders and if I want delivery it will be "a few hours". No sorry, no sincerity you would expect from a small business, and to be honest a bit of attitude. It was a fun run over the last several years, but I'll move on to somewhere so appreciates my business.

1st time ordering. My pizza was cooked to perfection. Great food and friendly staff!

I have been going to Arrenellos since they opened in Glenwood in 1972. It is by far the best pizza in the Chicago area and I highly recommend trying it. You won’t be sorry!
