West Coast IPA, 6.4% ABV: Why oh why did we cancel West Coast IPA? The nose is like guava juice mixed with menthol and evergreen. It's got that piney, grapefruit c-hop wallop thanks to a huge charge of centennial, and then it's loaded with fruit-forward hops like Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot.

Pale Ale, 5.6% ABV: This is a classic version of a classic American style: dry and clear with a citrusy (Mosaic) and coniferous (Simcoe) nose, and just enough malt backbone to balance the firm bitterness of the hops. Have one. Have two, because pale ale.

Smoothie Sour Ale, 6.5% ABV: With an atrocious amount of blackberries and blueberries, this smoothie beer pours dark purple and tastes like a handful of fresh picked berries on a warm summer evening.

Oyster Stout, 5.7% ABV: It’s weird that what goes with oysters is champagne, sex, and stout, but we don’t make the rules. Last time we released this beer was just before the P-word and we’re hoping this is the potion we need to transition us right out of it. This toasty number is roasty enough to compliment the oysters and light enough to down alongside several dozen. It’s either the beginning of better days or the end of the world, so let’s drink and dine accordingly.
