8 chicken enchiladas(Soft corn tortillas rolled & stuffed with chicken, cheese, onion mix and topped with our homemade enchilada sauce), pint container of black or re-fried beans, pint of Mexican rice, pint of salsa & 2 bags of chips. Feeds up to 4 people.
Cooking instructions - Take lid off pan, cover with foil, cook in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Heat beans & rice in microwave for 45 seconds at a time, stirring each time until hot.
