Arctic Spoon

We are a rolled ice cream and bubble tea/smoothies shop located in the new Wheeling Town Center. We serve made-to-order rolled ice cream using the freshest ingredients. Offerings include specialty rolled ice cream creations such as Nutella Strawberry Nana, Cookies and Cream, and Coffee Lover along with tropical and unique flavors like mango, taro, and lychee. We also offer made-to-order fresh fruit freezes, smoothies and bubble tea (a tea infused drink with milk or fruit). Arctic Spoon’s modern atmosphere creates an inviting environment for residents of Wheeling and surrounding neighboring communities.
