Arby's

Was just here, used the drive thru with my boss, the gal on the mic was rude by cutting us off as we ordered, no big deal though stuff happens, then gets back on the mic and says okay go ahead, sorry. We finish our order she says 11.23 we ordered way more so we ask if we can repeat our order, she lets us, says oh my I’m sorry. Then we get our food after paying almost 30 bucks. It’s wrong. ALL THE FRIES WERE COLD, no salt. THE SANDWHICH DIDNT HAVE ANY SAUCE ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ and we got more food than we ordered. Super embarrassing, lunch was ruined, my last visit there. Get some training in that place. Rant Over

I stopped by for my typical four slider lunch and was confused when every slider was not visible protruding out of the bun. Looks like they're running the buy two for the price of four special in Wenatchee! Stay classy...

This place is ridiculous they don't start the doordash orders until atleast 10 minutes after you arrive

I walked in to order the cheese burger. Someone walked up pushed a button on the screen and walk away. No eye contact or even a word. Two other employees looked at me and they didn’t even offer assistance or say anything. I said I am here can I get service. One of them responded “one minute”. I was the only customer inside. I assume it was the manager that came to the counter. Who ever the manager is has no place in that job. Their customer skills and manors are not there. I come to Wenatchee from another city for work about 2 times a week. I travel for work and have been to many places to eat. This by far one of the worst places I have been. I went to Wendy’s instead. At least there I was acknowledged and was able to order some food. I will never go to that Arby’s ever again and I won’t suggest that particular Arby’s to anyone.
