Worst Arby's ever i’ve came here three different times and every time my food is always cold the first time I went I just ordered assuming my food would be fresh because I used to work at Arby’s and I know the standards there but the first time my food was just barely warm as if it was sitting on the warmer the second time it wasn’t even warm it was just old chicken nuggets that had been sitting for who knows how long then the last time was yesterday in which I specifically asked them to drop my food fresh and they still handed me cold fries & didn’t drop them fresh my chicken once again was just barely warm as if it had been sitting the nuggets were so hard to bite into from being old and overcooked I order the same thing every time btw but i’ll never be returning to arby’s again I gave 3 chances clearly they need new employees the fact that they have served me cold old food 3 different times regardless of me asking to be dropped fresh they don’t care i’ll take my business elsewhere

I always go inside if I’m ordering for my family. We have six kids, and my mother in law resides with my husband and I. They were very nice and respectful. Kind and overall just felt welcoming when you walk through the door! Kid-friendliness: The workers engaged in side conversations with my children. Making them feel comfortable.

General manager has the worst attitude. My fries were cold. They had no crinkle fries. Not even a hello or a sorry your food was terrible.
