Arby's

It Saturday October 26, 2024. The opening time on the door and their website said that they open at 10am. I arrived at 10:35 and the doors locked. While I was sitting in my car writing this review they unlocked the door at 10:40am. I went inside I mentioned to the man (in his 40s with a goatee) at the counter that the the sign says opens at 10am. He said "Just because the sign says that doesn't mean the we open at 10". He has a bad attitude so I left.

Very nice people had my food very fast and it's was hot and fresh 😋

We could barely understand what the person was saying that was taking our order at the drive thru, it sounded like they had their mouth full of something. When we got to the window the cashier just took the money no greeting or anything so I greeted her and she never responded, just gave me my change, closed the window and a couple minutes later came back with our order. The BBQ bacon cheese burger I got was horrible, there was just a tiny dab of BBQ sauce on it and the bacon was like jerky, tuff and hard, and the burger was dry and tasteless. Our fries were hard as rocks, they had obviously been in the fryer way too long. We definitely will not be coming back to this particular Arby's!!!

They use fake food at this restaurant got two sandwiches and half the ingredients were fake

Awesome burgers. 👌 service was great. Crystal was awesome and always with a smile.

Food was luke warm

Terrible service! I've ate here 2 times in the last month and have waited over 20 minutes to get my food!! Staff is very rude! Definitely don't recommend

Buns were stale and roast beef was barely warm. Probably won't go there again.
