This evening it took 15 minutes in drive thru for a roast beef sandwich, fry and a drink. I think the food was colder than the drink. I asked for Dr pepper and got a root beer with no ice instead. Gentleman at the window was very rude, including on the intercom. I don't think I'll be going to this location again.
This is the go to location for everyone at my work. Period we all love this location! Great service every time.
Guy was rude taking my order and was rushing me. Forgot my fries and my drink is warm because there is no ice.
Ordered online said the restaurant was open and when I got there, it was closed never received a refund or nothing and then recently my wife ordered and mistakenly sent it to the wrong location and they refused to give her a refund said she has to call corporate which is bull crap Because any other restaurant will simply give you a refund I know this because I have gotten refunds at other restaurants with ease your customer service is crap and your policies make it complicated so you can just steal money from us you guys are the problem with America
I'd give five stars to the dude taking orders who was very polite, whoever filled the order however was seriously lost and would get zero if possible. the receipt was correct so it was on the order boards correctly... my friend got what she ordered & totally enjoyed her food... not a single thing i ordered was right they forgot my side and gave me some buffalo looking chicken slider not roast beef (kind of hard to get those confused at any step of prepping) they did remember my cheese n red ranch cups LOL ... Late night snackers be sure to check the bag

Place is quite literally a joke. How am I going to order 2 LARGE crinkle fries and you’re going to give me 1 curly and 1 crinkle and only fill them up not even HALF way🤣🤦🏼♀️
dude in the drive thru really seemed to hate his job. talked with a lot of sarcasm to me & the person behind me. which was strange because they weren’t busy at all. if you don’t like your job find another one don’t treat customers weirdly if not.
