I would not even give it one star. One of the worst Arby's we have ever been to. Our sandwiches did not look or smell fresh. When we went to talk to the manager she was not there. We were told that we could not get a refund for our order. Stated that we can come back in the morning and talk to the manager Patty. We are here from out of town and are not able to come back in the morning. This place over all was dirty and not up to the Arby's standards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Cold/room temperature sandwich...kinda gross. Tasted old. This place used to be good.

2nd time going there being told they have nothing ready because they forgot to get the food started . Very disappointing

Fast service, friendly staff, good food, and nice deals on the app. That's all I can ask for, will definitely be back.
