Very friendly staff, food was quite good, fries were fresh and hot

Tasted terrible. Sloppy.

This Arby's location is the worst one. Everytime we try our order is either wrong, undercooked, overcooked, or a complete mess and overloaded with sauce. We have tried to give this location multiple chances because it's closest to us but it's not worth the hassle. Go to the nixa location, they are awesome, Or any location is probably better.

Consistency there's always something to be said about consistency. Their food is good. Service is decent. It's Arby's

Online order was supposed to be ready in 5 mins. Took me 5 mins to get to the store only to wait another 10 mins. Large curly fry was only half full.

This place seems to always be lacking in team members. However, the manager always takes great care of us. I think she was the only person there about a week or so ago. In any case, she deserves a raise and then some.

It's been years since I ate at Arby's. When I went inside, the place was clean, and it had a modern look. The girl behind the counter was nice and friendly. She gave me time to look at the wide selection. (I was surprised by the many choices) I found a 7 dollar deal for two sandwiches. It came quick and hot.

The cashier couldn't get my order right even after 3 tries, and then they shorted me food from my order. When I pointed out what I was missing, he argued with me even though I had a receipt showing my order, and I never even picked up the tray.
