This review pertains to the burgers. Do not waste your money or time on them. Also, they put about 3lbs of shredded lettuce on them, so beware.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I tried to place an order at the drive-through, the employee named Brit asked me to pull over without confirming my order. At the window, she claimed she couldn’t hear me, and when I tried to respond, she abruptly closed the window in my face. Another employee eventually completed the order, but the entire interaction left me feeling quite upset. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
Today, I visited Arby's drive-thru to place an order. Since I don't frequent Arby's, I took a little time (less than 3 minutes) to decide on my order. I politely asked for a moment to decide, but the customer service representative, a young lady named "BRIT," was extremely rude and impatient from the start.
When I inquired about the prices, I could hear her getting noticeably agitated. I then asked what types of lemonades they offer, and instead of responding politely, she said she couldn't hear me and asked me to pull up to the window. When I tried to confirm my order at the window, she again claimed she couldn't hear me, this time with an irritated tone. Before I could even respond, she abruptly shut the window in my face.
Another employee came to the window, and I requested to cancel my order. I got BRIT's name and left, thanking them out of politeness, although none was deserved. While I understand the stress of working in a busy environment, it does not justify the rude, arrogant, and disrespectful behavior I experienced. I strongly recommend training your staff on how to interact with customers respectfully and professionally.

Fantastic Reuben. Better than Jason's Deli, Publix and The Village Corner. The staff was very courteous and I didn't wait long in line.
One thing to note, it came out piping hot. Wish I would have ordered two.
