They are incompetent and rely too much on a computer to tell them what to do
Food was so salty just couldn't enjoy.
I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a restaurant unless it has been an amazing experience, however this Arby’s trip is on the opposite end of the spectrum. The workers were not polite and honestly incompetent. When I first pulled up I got a very unfriendly greeting from an employee you could tell clearly just didn’t want to be there (this is @ around 7pm - not too late). All 3 of the sauces I asked for (2 come w the meals, 1 I specially asked for extra of) were missing. So my options were then go back and wait through a line that I just sat in for 10 minutes, or go inside although I had gone to a drive thru for a reason. Then when I did go in and ask for a sauce, he handed me one of the 3. At this point I was annoyed and left, only to get home and see my son’s apple juice was also left out. Very unpleasant experience.
This is the worst Arby's. I hate it because I love Arby's and this one is right by my house but it's never up to par with the others. Roast beef under cooked and pink and red and old fries are the normal. It's sad if I want Arby's I drive up the road to another location that's farther up the road. I just went to this one for the last time. I literally just threw it away just now. Fries were visibly old and gross and the sandwich was a one bite in the trash. Whoever owns this store needs a surprise visit from corporate on an evening or weekend.
Just paid $2.79 for a medium sweet tea from Arby’s. What was the small is now the medium for the medium price. I could have done better at McDonalds and the tea would have tasted better too!!!
Nothing special just like all the others
