Arby's chicken slider and curly fries were delicious and satisfying.

The food was absolutely bland, I was genuinely shocked, no flavor to the curly fries or the chicken strip and the beef and cheddar was just not flavorful at all, I never thought I wouldn't taste a hint a salt a fast food restaurant, my dog wouldn't even eat it

It’s refreshing to be heard when you leave a review. As on today, March 8, 2024, I’m very impressed with the improvements to the restaurant. It’s refreshed and clean looking and feeling. Staff was delightful and food was very good. We look forward to future visits here. ——— The staff and food were excellent! Arby’s is our first stop for food when we travel to Kelowna. Key points have been mentioned in other reviews but here I am repeating them. • FIX THE AIR CONDITIONING!!! It’s over 30°C out and hotter inside the restaurant! I think a call to occupational health in safety to report the poor working conditions for the employees is merited. • Fix the atrium area (pictured) or remove it. It’s unsightly! • The seating area needs a refresh! Workers can only keep a place so clean (which the wonderful staff here are doing) but there’s only so much you can do with cracked vinyl seats and chipped up tables. You have a wonderful dedicated crew here so why not invest in making their place of employment a more aesthetically pleasing one where customers can enjoy their tasty meals.
