A bit disappointed, i order the the mac n cheese bite and there is no mac n cheese, just cheese. Do not call it a mac n cheese if you are not going to add the pasta in it. Just call it a cheeses ball

I usually tend to stay away from Arby’s because I have never been before and people always talk about Arby’s not being the best fast food choice. I decided to try it today off a whim with my partner and we were surprised at how good everything was. Mainly the service. Willie was so patient with us at the drive through when I asked for some time, he truly made the experience worth the stop. The food was hot and fresh and the pricing surprised us as well. The food was out so fast too! Willie took great care of us and made me definitely want to come back.

They don't know for customer service

Monica was very good at her job and the food was a good representation of Arby’s, solid. However, I gave four stars due to the arduous task of getting in and out of the parking lot. Semis block the auto entrances and the traffic pattern is horrendous.

I went into the Arby’s in Brookshire, TX at around 11:50 on Friday, July 19 2024. The lady that took my order was so nice and pleasant to talk to. The order came out quickly and correct. I will definitely eat here again. It’s so nice to stop at a restaurant and you’re greeted with a smile.

We came by the weekend after the hurricane hit, and this Arby’s HIT HARDER! The food was ON POINT! Customer service was phenomenal and food was amazing! Thank you!
